If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours or more in advance. If done in less than 24 hours notice, we will charge the card on file a $50 cancellation fee.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee, as your appointment will be canceled due to the treatment being considered infeasible. We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any patient who has demonstrated disregard of our cancellation policy.

All services and treatments at OMNIA MED SPA are non-refundable. Aesthetic treatment results will vary patient to patient and any additional treatments needed to achieve desired results will be priced as an additional treatment.
